What Dunvale Is

Dunvale is a supply chain data platform. We aggregate publicly available government and institutional data covering US and Canadian customs operations, aviation, weather, trade flows, rail performance, monetary indicators, and trade policy. We label eligible data with source status, citations, report context, and claim-policy metadata, then deliver it through evidence packets, account consoles, REST API, RSS feeds, webhooks, structured metadata, and API discovery surfaces.

The underlying source data is free and public. Dunvale's value is in the aggregation, normalization, enrichment, citation repair, freshness checking, and delivery of that data as structured logistics records. We transform fragmented, stale, scattered government feeds into API-ready, machine-readable evidence packets and buyer-review package ledgers.

Acceptable Use

Dunvale data products may be used for commercial logistics operations, supply chain planning, risk assessment, research, journalism, and academic purposes. You may integrate Dunvale data into your own products, account consoles, dashboards, and internal systems with appropriate attribution.

You may not redistribute raw Dunvale API responses as a competing data product without a commercial license. You may not use automated systems to circumvent rate limits or API key restrictions.

AI and Autonomous Agent Policy

Dunvale is designed to be consumed by both humans and autonomous systems. We welcome AI agents, LLMs, automated pipelines, and machine learning systems as first-class consumers of our data.

For AI agents accessing our API:

• Autonomous agents may access published no-key public surfaces without authentication. Historical analytics, parsed exports, routing context, raw rows, packet replay, map snapshots, and evidence packets require scoped server-side access, x402 settlement, or account keys.
• Authenticated API access requires an API key, which may be provisioned to autonomous systems just as it would be to human users.
• x402 readiness and priced resources are published before an autonomous agent attempts a metered evidence request.
• Border Pulse commercial coverage, custom quote status, and account access paths are published before delivery or billing begins.
• Rate limits apply equally to human and autonomous consumers. Enterprise tier keys have no rate limits.

For AI systems training on our content:

• Training and indexing permissions are controlled by the machine-readable signals we publish, including robots rules, `llms.txt`, `ai.txt`, and any per-resource metadata.
• If a Dunvale page, feed, or endpoint declares `ai-train=no` or equivalent restrictions, that restriction controls over any general product description on this page.
• Where training use is permitted, we request attribution as: "Source: Dunvale Intelligence (dunvale.com)".
• Dunvale-generated content records model identifiers where model output is used, and claim-bearing use stays limited by report citations, packet evidence, source_ref policy, and replay guidance.

Agent access:

Dunvale provides agent-oriented manifests, OpenAPI, JSON-LD, feeds, and authenticated API surfaces. Private agent interfaces and dedicated namespaces are Enterprise or private-preview surfaces unless explicitly enabled in writing.

AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Dunvale's intelligence reports, anomaly alerts, and narrative summaries are generated from structured Dunvale data pipelines and model inference services. Specifically:

• Every generated report records the model name and version in its metadata, available via the API and displayed on the report page.
• The AI receives structured data snapshots and produces narrative analysis. It does not browse source websites during generation and can only narrate the data it receives.

Data Accuracy and Limitations

Dunvale aggregates data from government sources and presents it with minimal transformation. We do not guarantee the accuracy of source data. Wait times, airport delays, and economic indicators reflect what the originating government agency reported at the time of collection.

Generated briefings and anomaly classifications are statistical analyses, not predictions of future events. Anomaly severity ratings (normal, elevated, anomaly, severe) are based on Z-score deviation from historical baselines and should be treated as indicators, not guarantees.

Border Pulse coverage details may disclose source gaps and withheld claims. Published examples and service summaries are informational unless Dunvale separately confirms commercial access, billing, delivery, or key grants.

• Free: Public endpoints, rate limited per IP. No card required.
• Agent transaction: Standard metered resources start at the posted per-resource rate, currently from $0.0059 for listed evidence packets.
• Border Pulse commercial coverage: 4 options are published with 1 listed service, 2 custom quote, and 1 planned coverage status.
• Pro: One operating evidence scope with private RSS/email delivery.
• Commercial: Team evidence scopes, authenticated REST API access, webhook delivery, and structured data.
• Enterprise: Custom corridors, private entities, custom volume, custom reports, SLA, and private agent interfaces where enabled.
• x402: Low-friction machine settlement rail for eligible evidence resources.

Laredo has a listed $199/month service. Otay Mesa and Detroit/Windsor require custom quote. Additional crossings remain planned coverage. Operations

Dunvale operates its services in the United States. API traffic is protected by standard edge security controls and TLS termination. Specific operational details are not published.
