Claim-bearing source use requires parser policy fields, hash-current embeddings or deterministic fallback, row claimGuidance, evidence IDs, sourceClaimAudit review, no blocking claimWarnings, and source freshness before rows can support customer-facing evidence. Future rows, pending/failed embeddings, no-row states, and missing parser policy stay operator diagnostics only.
